What To Expect in This Position
- Assist in the monthly and quarterly processing of variable compensation reports, ensuring they are accurate and delivered on time.
- Develop standard and ad-hoc reports to analyze historical, current, and prospective commission activity.
- Support the calculation of commission accruals for financial close processes.
- Act as a resource for GTM teams regarding compensation queries, providing accurate and timely information.
- Help ensure compliance with commission-related regulatory requirements by maintaining diligent documentation of calculations and payments.
- Provide insights on performance, evaluate and analyze trends, and serve as a point of contact for commission-related questions.
What Sets You Apart
- 2+ years of experience in a compensation-related role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with Salesforce and G-Suite.
- Previous experience implementing a sales commission software is a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Advanced knowledge of formulas is required for this position.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Rigorous Time Management: Must possess exceptional organizational skills to meet strict deadlines consistently. Responsible for ensuring all commission-related activities, from calculation to payment, are conducted within the established timelines.
