About the Role
We’re looking for a curious and motivated research analyst based in São Paulo, Brazil, to join our research team, with a focus on the healthcare sector. In this role, you will help multinational healthcare companies navigate Brazil’s evolving healthcare landscape by tracking industry trends, analyzing data, and presenting insights to senior executives. Your work will directly support business decisions for some of the most important markets in Latin America. No prior healthcare experience is required—just a strong willingness to learn.As part of FrontierView’s LATAM Healthcare Research team, you will contribute to our suite of healthcare research products and provide advisory support for executives covering Brazil and Chile. This role offers significant content oversight and analytical responsibility, along with opportunities to engage in client advisory work for top healthcare multinationals. We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and analytical individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

About the Team
You will be part of FrontierView’s global research team, which produces syndicated content for a client base of senior executives at multinational organizations. The team combines regional expertise, macroeconomic and political insights, and business acumen to deliver impactful analysis, forecasts, and strategic advice. Working closely with our commercial team, we support FrontierView’s growth strategy and ongoing client relationships. The healthcare research team focuses on analyzing healthcare systems, market access, and reimbursement trends that affect multinational pharmaceutical and medical device companies. Collaboration with global colleagues will be a key part of your role.
Please note this is an early-career contractor position with a full time, 12-month Duration of Services with potential for annual renewal.
What To Expect In This Position
- Research key healthcare trends in Brazil and Chile, including market access, reimbursement policies, and regulatory changes
- Monitor industry news and provide concise summaries for our clients
- Analyze data and create reports that help healthcare companies plan for the future
- Develop presentations and share insights with executives at leading multinational healthcare firms
- Work closely with colleagues in Latin America and globally to deliver high-quality analysis
- Collaborate with our commercial team to support client relationships and business growth
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor’s degree in international relations, economics, political science, public policy, business, or a related field
- Interest in Brazil’s healthcare system and eagerness to explore new topics
- At least 1 year of research, analysis, or consulting experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, both in writing and presentations
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams
