Pay Range: $183,000 - $228,750 annually, based on experience
Full Range: $183,000 - $274,500 annually, based on experience
Classification: Full-time, Exempt

Job Responsibilities:
- Executing the corporate business plan
- Leading the local sales team to achieve corporate growth goals
- Representing the bank in the community by attending and supporting various community causes and activities
- Planning and implementing local marketing activities to achieve corporate goals
- Leading a community board to help achieve the banks goals
- Collaborating with product group associates to enhance client relationships
- Responsible for the management of a staff comprised of various financial professionals including bankers, relationship managers, trust officers, Wealth Advisors, Portfolio Managers and support staff
- Responsible for customer recruitment, interaction and retention
- Responsible for individual, team loan and deposit production goals
- Leads the organization at client functions and events
- Assists corporate management with projects involving the market area
- Know and comply with all Company policies set forth on the Company’s Intranet;
- Review Associate Handbook and Company Policies annually, as prescribed by Human Capital;
- Complete and Comply with the Companies Code of Ethics and Conflict of Interest Questionnaire and Policy Acknowledgement;
- Complete all assigned training on time.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills (verbal and written skills)
- Accuracy with data entry work
- The ability to prioritize between multiple tasks and requests

Bachelor's Degree, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; degree in Finance or Economics preferred Required
Master's Degree, Business Preferred

7-10 years, Insurance services experience, to include an understanding of the underwriting process, Required
1-3 years, Supervisory Experience, Required
