Pay Range: $27.89 - $31.50/hour, based on experience
Full Salary Range: $27.89 - $36.25/hour
Classification: Full time, Non-Exempt

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily operational duties as related to account reconciliation process, trade settlement issues, etc.
  • Maintain portfolio and trust accounting systems to ensure accurate security information, pricing, cost basis and account valuation
  • Back up for equity and fixed income trading work flow and assist with trade execution and settlement in a multi-custodial environment
  • Back up for trading requests for multiple locations and multiple portfolio managers.
  • Assist with process improvements and implementation within our current portfolio and trust accounting systems
  • Manage data related to outside manager and products on investment platform
  • Independently prioritizes tasks in order to meet deadlines and ensure consistent adherence to established SLAs
  • Maintain current knowledge of and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, policies and procedures
  • Handles corporate actions and tender offers
  • Assists in portfolio performance and portfolio reporting
  • Interface daily with client facing staff, custodians and third party providers
  • Participate in the completion of special projects
  • Embrace and adhere to First Western’s Core Values
  • Know and comply with all Company policies set forth on the Company’s Intranet;
  • Review Associate Handbook and Company Policies annually, as prescribed by Human Capital;
  • Complete and Comply with the Companies Code of Ethics and Conflict of Interest Questionnaire and Policy Acknowledgement;
  • Complete all assigned training on time.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or other related degree -Required
  • 3-5years of experience in financial services/investment management with a focus on operations and use of Advent products -Required
  • Experience with Advent , Moxy/FIX, and Advent utilities or other investment accounting software, experience with trust accounting software, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Wor
  • Excellent quantitative skills with high attention to detail, strong written and oral communication skills, strong problem solving skills, team-oriented
  • Proven ability to multi-task, follow-up, and follow-through
