Overview
This position partners with Wealth associates on the management of high net worth clients. Serves as the primary investment relationship manager to assist in client retention and relationship expansion. Acts as a liaison between the Capital Management Group (CMG) and clients in informing on investment policy development, asset allocation, performance analysis and reporting, and manager structure. Supports Wealth Management servicing and business acquisition goals through excellent client service, investment expertise, and portfolio management. May provide leadership or guidance to less experienced associates in the work group.
Responsibilities
- Portfolio Strategy - Reviews client portfolios to identify potential risk, propose changes, and ensure compliance with all applicable policies or procedures. Analyzes prospective client's current investments in order to recommend appropriate portfolios for their needs during the team-based sales process. Ensures necessary portfolio changes are implemented.
- Relationship Development - Facilitates the management, satisfaction, and retention of existing clients through a variety of support tasks. Serves as the primary contact for client inquiries, review meetings, and investment updates.
- Investment Expertise - Maintains a strong knowledge of our value proposition and investment philosophy. Serves as the client-facing expert on current market, economic and portfolio related topics. Explains the Bank's investment capabilities and conducts informational training sessions. Gives presentations to groups of clients & prospects on the economy, capital markets, and investing in order to retain and grow relationships.
- Business Support - Partners with other associates on the development of new business opportunities. Utilizes investment expertise to quality prospects and support sales to high net worth clients. May provide oversight or guidance to less experienced strategists.

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Selling Investment Services, Relationship Management, critical thinking OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Selling Investment Services, Relationship Management, critical thinking
License or Certification Type: CFP or CFA designation Preferred
Skill(s): Familiarity with investment software like Envestnet, Ability to communicate effectively and build strong partnerships
The base pay for this position is generally between $236,000 and $315,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
