Senior Business Systems Analyst- Deposit Domain

Overview

This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.

This position leads analytic efforts, delivers strategic insight, and acts as a technical expert for business systems within the Bank. Performs at the highest level of service complexity in support of system operations, performance, and usage. Develops advanced solutions and specifications to resolve process issues, which may involve elements of testing and development. Serves as a resource to wider business units or associates, and may provide a leadership role for less experienced analysts.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Performs data analysis at the most advanced level, effectively communicating and directing analysis output. May handle special projects or direct the analytics efforts of the work group.
  • Identifying Requirements - Determines system requirements and communicates them through the use of specifications, reports, project plans, or other forms of documentation. Determines and resolves complex factors that affect system processes. Ensures compliance through monitoring and analysis.
  • Reporting - Enables strategic insight into business systems through reports to senior management. Evaluates systems based on data analysis, user input, and extensive testing. Conveys patterns, problems, and areas of improvement, and develops process enhancements based on results.
  • System Support - Provides expert technical support for systems by responding to inquiries, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to continuously improve the end-user experience. Handles escalated and complex support issues. Develops and implements modifications and enhancements. Serves as an analytics resource to wider organization or business units, offering expertise on systems and data output.

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support

Preferred Skills:

  • Analyze current business architecture; systems processes; data functions; process integrations and dependencies
  • Work directly with key stakeholders to understand the individual needs of the business
  • Create and present process and technical support recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders
  • Oversee implementation projects from beginning to completion
  • Use a variety of data analysis and tools to discover the most impactful insights of systems processing
  • The ability to take initiative and be self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal skills (Written and verbal communication skills)
  • The ability to collaborate within a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders

If hired in North Carolina, the base pay for this position is generally between $110,935 and $170,100. If hired in California, the base pay for this position is generally between $133,000 and $195,000. If hired in New Jersey, the base pay for this position is generally between $127,565 and $195,600. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
