Overview
This position supports Bank products and services in the execution of daily sales activities. Identifies sales opportunities through the review of financial information or through client interaction. Facilitates workflow by preparing necessary documentation. Ensures client satisfaction by answering inquiries, addressing account or product discrepancies, and handling daily support issues.
Responsibilities
- Service & Support - Uncovers sales opportunities through analysis, reporting, and daily support operations. Works directly with individuals to address issues and respond to inquiries. Determines target needs and provides resolution.
- Documentation - Prepares standard documentation presented to clients. This may include proposals, service agreements, and implementation forms.
- Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets financial data. Performs analysis to determine trends in market, product, or client information.
- Product Specialist - Provides knowledge in area of work. Assists in process troubleshooting for both internal and external parties. May assist in creating and monitoring pricing of Bank products or services.
