Overview
This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location(s): North Carolina
This position provides complex support and expertise to business units through research, developing, data gathering, and executing risk procedures. Evaluates potential losses while developing high-impact solutions to minimize or eliminate risk. Creates improvements to current processes and procedures, and ensures compliance with relevant rules and regulations. May oversee the work of less experienced analysts in the work group or serve as a resource on risk.
Responsibilities
- Identifying Risk - Creates and implements complex methods of risk evaluation. Develops expert strategies or solutions to address evaluation results, monitoring to ensure developed solutions are effective. May create models or simulation scenarios to test risk conditions.
- Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Performs analysis for risk trends and data discrepancies, effectively communicates analysis output.
- Reporting - Produces reports based on data analysis, company trends, and risk factors. Conveys patterns, problems, and areas of improvement. Enables insight into potential losses and mitigation of identified risks through reporting activities.
- Operational Support - Supports business processes through a variety of escalated operational tasks. Develops, implements, and ensures continuous improvement of procedures. Acts as a resource to management and other associates, including production of documentation, presentations, or other materials to educate on risk policies and procedures.

The base pay for this position is generally between $105,000.00 and $130,000.00. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
