Overview
This position supports Bank products or services within Wealth Private Banking group. Responsible for processing, analyzing and resolving more advanced documentation or servicing issues that may arise. Ensures client satisfaction through the handling, processing, and servicing of loan requests from application to funding including expedited requests. In addition to product and client support this role manages a loan portfolio of multiple loan requests from obtaining financials, input of loan application to closing working with multiple lines of business including underwriting, appraisal, loan doc prep and bankers to monitor deadlines of meeting established closing dates.

- Loan Portfolio Management - Manage loan portfolio from preliminary information through financial gathering, application, ordering appraisal, ordering flood certification, scheduling closings, completing required paperwork, review of documentation, booking and funding of loans while meeting tight deadlines.
- Collaboration - Works closely with internal and external partners (bankers, underwriting, loan operations, appraisal team), clients, and third party (attorneys, HOA, Insurance Companies) providers to move loans through application to closing processes. Communicates clearly and effectively with all parties involved.
- Business Expertise / Business Support - Acts as a resource in loan process/procedure and regulatory compliance of the complete lending process. Performs a variety of administrative and operational tasks to address associate, client, and third party concerns.
- Loan Booking and Funding - Ensures that all proper procedures are followed prior to loan funding or fulfilling draw requests. May verify funding information, seek missing approvals, or confirm sufficient collateral for each loan.
Bachelor's Degree and 1 years of experience in Consumer Lending, Portfolio Management, or Mortgage Processing OR High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in Consumer Lending, Portfolio Management, or Mortgage Processing
Preferred Area of Experience: 2+ years Consumer Lending, Portfolio Management, or Mortgage Processing License or Certification Type: null nullSkill(s): Ability to multi-task and exercise sound risk mitigation decisions
