Overview
This position will be managing a team of highly technical network engineers who will focus on new site network configuration and deployment, hardware refresh for End of Life Infrastructure, as well as wireless network design/implementation. Must have an expert level understanding and experience with Cisco route/switch, enterprise-level wireless network solutions, and complex network troubleshooting experience. Mature documentation, record keeping and auditing skills highly valued.

- Strong end user and vendor communication skills are required with the ability to articulate solutions and demonstrate business value
- Serves as a technical expert and strategic leader to senior management, associates, and business units. Ensures that team activities comply with all appropriate configuration, change controls, and security standards. Participates in business meetings and special projects to provide insight on end-user needs. Identifies and holds accountable vendors in support of system updates and maintenance.

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Applications development, applications analysis or systems engineering OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Applications development, applications analysis or systems engineering
Preferred Qualifications: 10 years of experience managing network teams
Required Qualifications:
- Cisco Edge Layer 2/3 devices
- WAN and edge routing (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, VRF)
- Enterprise wireless
- SD-WAN
- Multi carrier circuit management (MPLS, direct internet, broadband, cellular)
- GRE and IPSec Tunneling
- Demonstrated large network deployment project experience
