Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.
This position is responsible for providing advanced technical and operational business system support. Performs needs assessments to determine business requirements and implements functional specifications to assigned systems. Ensures that developed solutions support Bank objectives through reporting and analysis activities. May involve elements of system testing or development. May occasionally guide less experienced analysts in the work group.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with business and technology teams to define project scope and objectives. Elicit, develop, and manage business and functional requirements documents, which includes performing gap analysis, developing process flows and screen and report prototypes.
- Schedule and facilitate portfolio review, requirements review, design review, and project status meetings with stakeholders, management, project, and technical teams. Develop and maintain meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and issues and action item logs.
- Create, execute, and manage development test plans and scripts and provide user acceptance and quality assurance test support.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with internal business and technology partners, management, and vendors.
- Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Analyzes data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicates analysis output.
- System Support - Provides daily technical support for systems by responding to inquiries, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to continuously improve the end-user experience. Assists in implementing recommended modifications and enhancements. May serve as an analytics resource to wider organization or business units.
- Identifying Requirements - Determines system requirements and communicates them through the use of specifications, reports, project plans, or other forms of documentation. Ensures compliance through monitoring and analysis.
- Reporting - Produces reports based on data analysis, user input, and system testing. Identifies patterns, discrepancies, and areas of improvement.

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with ALM, Jira, SharePoint, SQL Query a plus
- Hogan experience in deposits
If hired in North Carolina, the base pay for this position is generally between $90,000 and $135,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
