Overview

This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location(s):AZ or UT

This position will provide financial governance and analysis. Provides daily / monthly financial and workforce support for assigned projects, or value streams. Identifies potential improvements to current procedures, plans and controls to achieve financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting - Partners with project/program managers and the Finance team to maintain accurate resource and non-labor forecasts and perform variance analysis. Monitors data quality and drives for continual improvement.
• Business Support / workforce mgmt - Provides support to technology / product resources, management and other key groups via financial expertise. Drives for continual improvement in resource forecasts, leveraging historical data and trends. Manages contracts and invoices.
• Reporting - Produces monthly financial / workforce status update reports. Conveys patterns, problems, and areas of improvement. Assists with other internal reporting analysis as directed.

Maximization efforts - Tracks performance across assigned projects, and identifies limiting issues. Recommends workflow changes to achieve financial goals or minimize financial impact. Provides training and mentoring to team members. Supports UAT testing for projects impacting financial and workforce systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in Finance or Analytics OR High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in Finance or Analytics
