Overview
This position identifies and solicits new fiduciary business for Wealth Management. Develops new fiduciary business through direct prospecting efforts, client referrals, and other marketing techniques. Provides expert planning and advice to prospects and their representatives. Cultivates strategic partnerships within centers of influence to generate sales opportunities and leverage referrals. Maintains a strong knowledge of the Bank's offered fiduciary products and services in order to meet the fiduciary needs of high net worth prospects.
Responsibilities
- Sales - Develops new fiduciary business through a variety of sales and marketing techniques. Establishes relationships with attorneys, certified public accountants, and investment banking and brokerage clients in order to generate referred business. Develops and distributes marketing materials related to the fiduciary business lines. Provides expert advice and personalized business plans to achieve the fiduciary needs of high net worth prospects.
- Collaboration - Works closely with clients, their representatives, and internal partners during the estate planning process. Coordinates aspects of service across team to provide additional support as needed and ensure a satisfactory client experience.
- Relationship Development - Develops strong relationships with clients and prospects to meet or exceed production goals. Leverages client relationships for referrals and other business opportunities. Fosters effective partnerships with bank stakeholders to support the fiduciary business lines.
- Product Expertise - Maintains a strong knowledge of the Bank's offered fiduciary products and services in order to appropriately address client needs. May possess additional knowledge of estate and tax planning, wealth transfer, asset management needs, and related areas.

- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Fiduciary administration sales OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Fiduciary administration sales
- Preferred qualifications: Juris Doctore (JD) or Doctor of Law degree
