Overview
This position is responsible for leading a team of licensed professionals focused on the innovation economy to develop new business opportunities, manage existing client relationships, and drive revenue through consultative sales strategies with emerging affluent households.
Responsibilities
- Sales Results - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed goals and objectives. Identify new business opportunities and expand client relationships through a defined sales process.
- Talent Development - Mentor, coach, and develop team members to build essential skills for success in role and prepare for future career growth opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions. Consistently engage clients in the portfolio to drive high levels of retention, expansion, and long-term value.
- Internal Partnerships - Foster collaboration to drive business growth and deliver exceptional client experiences. Works closely with key partners including marketing, product, operations, and compliance to align sales strategies, streamline processes, and enhance overall team performance.
- Risk Management - Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and risk guidelines. Regularly review and assess risk exposure, working closely with internal teams and compliance partners to address challenges.

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Wealth Management, Sales Leadership OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Wealth Management, Sales Leadership
Preferred Area of Experience: Financial ServicesLicense or Certification Type: Possess valid Series 7, 63 and 65 or 66, and 24 Required
