Debit Product Manager (Remote in NC, SC, FL, AL, TN, AR, MS, TX, KY, GA, LA)

Overview

This is a remote role that may be hired in the following states: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky, Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas

This position is responsible for the profitability and growth of consumer and business debit products. Reviews customer feedback, quantitative analysis, and market trends to facilitate development of a profitable product. Coordinates all functions of development from conception to implementation. Suggests enhancements, monitors customer experience, and ensures compliance with best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Development - Assists in all stages of development for the debit product. This includes but is not limited to planning & design, compiling resources, execution, and monitoring product launch. Tracks and reports progress to appropriate parties.
  • Product Management - Ensures products are developed and managed with a coordinated strategy. Collaborates with both internal and external parties to implement enhancements and resolve issues.
  • Market Analysis - Conducts analysis of market trends including changing regulations, competitor options, and evolving customer needs. Recommends changes based on analysis results to increase profitability and product appeal.
  • Customer Engagement - Tracks customer experience through all stages of a product. Develops strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and acquisition.

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Product Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Product Management

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with existing debit networks and/or debit routing

- Proficient in data analytics

- Prior P&L management

- Experience with card management software (CV systems)

- Located in Eastern or Central Time Zone
