We are seeking a Business Analyst to join as a knowledgeable technical resource for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to content authors, ensuring the successful implementation of content via content publishing, and assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT). The Business Analyst should have a deep understanding of AEM to ensure our business processes are efficient and aligned and that we are leveraging AEM and the Adobe Experience Cloud. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our digital platforms and enhance user experiences.

• Review and publish pages within AEM, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to established guidelines.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that AEM solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
• Monitor and evaluate platform performance, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
• Provide training and support to content authors, editors, and other users on AEM functionalities.
• Monitor multiple channels to answer technical questions and provide support to global content authors, collaborating with development teams to resolve higher-level problems as needed.
• Design and implement efficient workflows and processes for content creation, approval, and publishing.
• Develop AEM solutions by studying requirements analysis and information needs, conferring with stakeholders and IT Management.
• Identify, document, and raise tickets in Jira for resolving defects and platform improvements. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in AEM to drive continuous improvement.

• Strong proficiency in AEM; working knowledge of AEM applications using AEM Components and Templates (including core components and editable templates), Workflows, Taxonomy, Metadata Management, Replication Strategies, Content Authoring, Versioning, and Publishing Pages
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in designing and managing content workflows and approval processes.
• Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) methodologies and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
