Technical Project Manager - Universal Banking
What will you contribute?
As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex banking transformation projects using Finastra's core banking solutions. You will manage the implementation lifecycle for SaaS, cloud, and on-prem solutions, oversee customer engagements, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet time, quality, and cost expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Planning: Define scope, objectives, and success metrics; develop detailed roadmaps.
- Customer Engagement: Act as the primary contact, provide expert guidance, and build strong relationships.
- Project Execution: Lead end-to-end implementation, manage data migration, and oversee integrations.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional resources, provide leadership, and ensure adherence to methodologies.
- Vendor Management: Work with partners and vendors to ensure timely delivery and alignment with goals.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with regulations.
- Performance Monitoring: Implement governance frameworks, provide regular updates, and conduct post-implementation reviews.
- Business Development: Collaborate with sales teams, identify opportunities for additional solutions, and contribute to the knowledge base.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Agile, ITIL) are a plus. PMP Required
- Experience: 10+ years in IT program management, with 5+ years in core banking solution implementations.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with APIs, SaaS, cloud deployments, and digital banking solutions.
- Industry Experience: Must have experience with Indonesian Banks; experience implementing solutions into Indonesian Banks is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Work Environment:
- Full-time role with flexibility for hybrid or remote work.
- Collaboration across global teams, with occasional travel required.
