Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, TCM, the primary objective is to generate qualified leads in line with the Finastra business plan. The remit of the role will encompass strategic planning, identifying and analyzing customer demand, developing the annual marketing plan, building campaign programs and managing allocated budget.
The TCM Field Marketing role involves developing a qualified pipeline to drive APAC sales objectives for lead generation. This includes identifying high-probability opportunities across APAC to generate MQLs and SS2s that convert to closed deals. Additionally, the role focuses on enhancing the quality of marketing activities annually to improve customer engagement and attendance at key events.

Accountabilities
• Plan and execute a high quality, APAC wide, marketing plan for TCM
• Deliver pipeline for APAC, aligned to target set for the region
• Ensure high quality of leads within the pipeline, to create strong conversion rates to closed won deals
• Responsible for directing Sales Development Reps detailing forthcoming campaigns, identify and provide suitable marketing materials to ensure clear communication to prospects via phone or email and monitor daily
• Ensure continuous focus on lead follow up across marketing campaigns and events
• Work with Business Development Managers to ensure accurate targeting of existing customers and prospects.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Over 5 years of Experience with a proven track record in B2B field marketing and demand generation, including lead generation and nurturing, campaign execution, and performance measurement.
• Experience of strategic planning, campaign development, budget management, events, email, social media
• Hands-on experience and proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo), and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is a must
• Excellent communication skills with both internal stakeholders, colleagues and peers, to influence and persuade for buy-in for involvement across campaigns
• Strong negotiating and influencing skills to work with central marketing to ensure TCM's projects are prioritized and delivered to deadline
• Strong negotiating skills with external vendors to get the best deals and deliver high quality events within budget
• Strong analytical skills to review performance and ensure targets are being met
• Strong organizational skills to execute all elements of the plan to deadline
• Keen eye for detail and focus on high quality and results orientated
• Tech savvy - able to work and understand purpose of various marketing tools and platforms
