What will you contribute?
This role will be primarily responsible for development, implementation and management of global transfer pricing policies and operations. A portion of time will be spent managing global tax planning projects and supporting U.S. tax operations. The role will be based in Austin TX or virtually in the United States, and will report to Tax Director, Global Planning and Transfer Pricing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop practical solutions to support global treasury transactions including intercompany settlement, financing and cash repatriation, and global business operations including IP, distribution, services, and global recharges.
- Work closely with the Accounting, Finance, Treasury, and Legal to support new business needs and implement global transfer pricing policies.
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance tax-relevant business processes. Work with various internal teams to strengthen internal controls within the global Finance function.
- Support tax colleagues in tax provisions for financial reporting, U.S. international tax calculations, OECD Pillar Two preparation, and global withholding tax operations.
- Support tax colleagues in global audit defense and preparations of global transfer pricing documentation and disclosures, Masterfile, and Country by Country reporting.
- Keep abreast of tax technical knowledge.
- Assist with Group Tax initiatives as necessary.

Qualifications:
• Transfer pricing experience 5 years minimum at a professional service firm or multi-national corporations
• Demonstrated U.S. international tax experience or U.S. corporate income tax preferred
• Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams in global locations required
• Demonstrated data analyses aptitude required
• Advanced degree in taxation, accounting, economics, business, finance or professional certification such as CPA a plus.
