Responsibilities

About the Role:

Join a dynamic global team of DevOps and SRE engineers, working alongside Research & Development to elevate Finastra's CI/CD practices and engineering services from development to production, both on-premises and in the Azure Cloud. What You'll Do:

• Develop & Innovate: Leverage and expand your expertise in industry-standard DevOps tools, while exploring new and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Automate & Optimize: Build and refine CI/CD pipelines and automated processes, targeting zero manual tasks and zero ticketing by enabling automation and self-service.
• Support & Collaborate: Partner with R&D teams, providing them with reliable and efficient DevOps solutions as they develop and release Finastra products.
• Enhance Visibility: Ensure observability across CI/CD pipelines and automated processes to maintain seamless integration and service performance.

• Proven DevOps Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in a DevOps role with hands-on exposure to Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, and public cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Pipeline Development: Proficient in creating Quality Gated CI/CD pipelines as code (Jenkins Groovy preferred).
• Developer Mindset: Strong scripting skills in Python, Shell, Groovy, and an ability to approach challenges with a development-focused perspective.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience with Terraform and Ansible is a plus.
• Agile Working Style: Comfortable in Agile environments (SAFE/Scrum) and adept at adapting to evolving requirements.
• Communication Skills: Proficient in English, able to navigate and thrive in a multicultural team.
