What will you contribute?

This individual will work closely with US-based FinTech partners to understand the basics of their applications and recommend the best ways for them to integrate with Finastra's LaserPro offering via the LP Connect APIs. It is also desirable for this person to have domain knowledge in any of the following areas so they can assist fellow members of the development team with detailed requirements and troubleshooting:
• Credit Reports: formats and use
• Banking Core systems: middleware and functions

• UCC Filing procedures

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Good knowledge of US Lending practices for the leading Consumer, Commercial, and Residential Real Estate loan types
  • Excellent knowledge of the functionality of LaserPro and DepositPro to authoritatively guide partners in correct mapping of their loan applications to closing docs.
  • Translate partner requirements into enhancement requests, swagger drafts, and testing partners
  • Assist Support principals with escalations, excellent knowledge of troubleshooting practices.

Required Experience:
• 3+ years of exposure to US banking/lending practices
• 2 to 5 years of exposure to LaserPro
• 2 to 5 years exposure to software development/support practices
