This is an exciting lead generation opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who wants to develop their sales career within a leading financial services software organization. As a Sales Development Representative, you will act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

Responsibilities & Deliverables

Your duties as Sales Development Representative will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to make sure suitable messaging is distributed to your clients.
  • Keep up to date with current industry trends, competitors, and current/new company products and services.
  • Participate in user group meetings and trade shows as needed.
  • Participate in training programs as directed by manager.
  • Maintain sales forecasting data in sales reporting system.
  • Report on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.

Experience

  • 0-2 years of inbound and/or outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese orFrench or Spanish or Italian or Arabic is a must.
  • Track record of selling over the phone with a history of exceeding sales goals.
  • Account Management experience a plus.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Build and nurture relationships.
  • Strong perseverance and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.

  • Work is performed in a hybrid office environment.
