Responsibilities

Responsibilities & Deliverables: Experience :3-5Yrs

Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Validates resource assignments/resource management (bookings)
• Experience as PMO or Resource Manager
• Should be good in Excel, Data ,Microsoft, power BI(Good to Have)
• Resource Data Hygiene - Ensure hygiene is maintained on regular cadence for cost rates, resource attributes etc.
• Demand Forecasting - working closely with all Payments Sub-Business Units (America, International, and more) stockholders on demand forecasting.
• Monthly actuals tracking - create a holistic forecast based on actual data.
• Timesheet - to support all timesheet-related issues.
• Support Kimble updating and Power-Bi reports.
• Utilization of resources - to review utilization on a bi-weekly basis and raise flags when needed.
