Human Resources Business Partner - Lending Business Unit
As our Human Resources Business Partner for the Lending Business Unit, you will step into a role that balances strategy and execution, pivotal to Finastra's success. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our business leaders, providing value-added services across our corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Own and drive programs across the broader Lending HR Function
- Trusted Advisor/Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with business leadership and lead the HR agenda for the relevant function. Serve as a confidante to leaders, coaching and consulting on all people-related matters.
- Data-Driven Insights: Develop and analyze People trends and metrics in partnership with COEs to create solutions, programs, and policies that drive effective business decisions.
- Collaboration: Partner with in country HR Partners and People team Centres of Expertise (CoE) (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Organization Effectiveness, Culture and Talent) to champion and deliver projects, programs, and business-as-usual activities to the business.
- Cyclical Processes: Partner with Lending leaders on executing talent management, annual compensation, performance management, succession management, and Employee Engagement Survey analysis and action planning.
- Performance Management: Maximize the effectiveness of performance management by linking business strategy, individual performance goals, and compensation.
- Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruiting and program activities to ensure we acquire high performing, capable talent to deliver on our business agenda.

Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred; Master's degree (e.g., MBA, HR) a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of work-related experience in Human Resources, including experience as an HR Business Partner.
- HR Expertise: Knowledge and experience in Employee Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation, and HR Analytics.
- Autonomy: Ability to navigate ambiguous situations with high levels of autonomy while maintaining a strong focus on data accuracy.
- Strategic & Tactical: Proven ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, managing multiple and diverse issues.
- Relationship Building: Successful track record of building relationships, problem-solving, and demonstrating sound judgment.
- Business Acumen: Excellent business acumen, communication, problem-solving, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Communication Skills: Strong written, listening, and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient with MS Office and HR Information Systems, preferably Workday.
