Marketing Operations Specialist
Job Description
Marketing Operations is designed to help Corporate and BU Marketing operate as a fully accountable business by supporting planning, operational processes, performance measurement, analytics and reporting, financial tracking, supply management support and marketing technologies.
The goal of the Marketing Operations Specialist is to help Finastra Marketing be worldclass by supporting the customer journey end2end, collecting and analysing Data, creating Reports and generating Insights for stakeholders. The ideal candidate would manage Reporting, Analytics and Insights, Dashboards on Martech systems and processes to support this.

General Profile
• Works independently, receives minimal guidance
• Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of Data analysis and Reporting and basic knowledge of the customer lifecycle
• Solves complex analytical problems; exercises judgement based on the analysis of multiple sources of information (e.g. oversight of data aggregation)
• Have a background in Analytics and Reporting using Excel and PowerBI
Functional Knowledge
• Basic understanding of CRM, Marketing Automation systems, Dashboards
• Understanding of Marketing functions and customer engagement journey
• Good with data, analysis, insights, report generation, communication and presentation skills
• Has in-depth knowledge and expertise in Analytics and working knowledge of related Marketing job disciplines
• Exercises judgement based on the analysis of multiple sources of information and structures key trade-off decisions
Interpersonal Skills
• Good communication skills capable of explaining difficult or sensitive information
• Analytical and presentation skills
• Senior stakeholder management
Responsibility
- Own data, reports, dashboards from an operational and administrative perspective
- Collect data and analyse
- Create and report on dashboards and offline reports
- Manage stakeholders
- Analyse qualitative inputs and 360deg of processes with internal and external stakeholders and customers
- Own communications with stakeholders
Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Business Intelligence, or related discipline is required
- Strong analytical ability and experienced in data extraction, analysis, and reporting using data visualization, business intelligence, analytics and automation tools, and knowledge on using AI / ML techniques
- Skilled in using Microsoft Excel and other office applications, Power BI or other business intelligence/data visualization tools
- Understanding of marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua or the like), CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Experience with Reporting and Presenting insights
- Basic knowledge of marketing or sales operations, field marketing or demand generation, and statistical techniques and concepts preferred
- Great attention to detail, accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment with flawless execution, working collaboratively with cross-functional, cross-cultural teams
- "Seasoned professional" with at least 5 years of experience in Business Analytics and some team leadership
- Experience working for a software, technology or finance firm is a plus
