Responsibilities
Working as part of the Marketing, this role will be under the Marketing Data Services Team responsible for data-related projects such as data governance, data acquisition/building, data enhancement, etc.
Required Experience:
- Proven capability to work with high volumes of data within tight timescales, whilst maintaining accuracy
- The ability to work with databases and meet high standards of data quality
- Basic knowledge of data for direct marketing purposes would be an advantage
- IT literate, with good typing skills and the ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Foreign language competencies will be an advantage. English proficiency is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Qualifies, cleans, and collects new records according to certain criteria to build data sets from targeted sales & marketing campaigns through web research and third-party data vendors
- Completes records by web-based sources to enrich the quality of data
- Formats data and merge duplicates in the database
- Engages in data cleansing activities that occur because of email marketing campaigns, other marketing-related activities
- Accurately classifies new data captured as part of desk research to allow the data to be searchable
- Updates and maintain the marketing database
- Work effectively with other colleagues and contribute feedback where appropriate regarding emailing campaigns, etc.
Required experience and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related technology area (or equivalent) is required
- Great attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with flawless execution; working collaboratively with cross-functional, cross-cultural teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-organized, self-motivated, energetic, and dynamic
- Determined and target-orientated
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently when required.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.)
- Skilled in using Power BI or other business intelligence/data visualization tools, marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua or the like), and CRM systems (Salesforce) is a plus.
- Experience working for a software, technology, or finance firm is a plus.
