Responsibilities
- Leadership of a new product team designing, building, and maintaining ATT-Application Testing Toolkit
- Key visionary and thought leader around the evolution of the new product acting as the Product Owner and accountable executive driving the ATT business for the Lending BU
- Man management of a team of cross function resources (mixture of business SME's, Automation Engineers and UI/UX developers as well as product managers or delivery leads)
- Face of the ATT Business internally and externally to the market with interaction with senior customer executives at a C-Suite level with regular touch points with CIO's and divisional heads within the consumers/customers organization.

- Pre Sales and Opportunity Support
- Sales Enablement and coaching
- Opportunity Curation and Management interfacing to regional MD's to ensure an appropriate pipeline married to the MTP ambitions year on year
- Team People Management (Performance, Goals, Renumeration etc.)
- Roadmap definition and product prioritization
- Product Customer Support Leadership (ensuring an seamless support experience across L2 and L3) interfacing into the service delivery function within the Lending Managed Services team
- PnL Management
- Booking Target Definition, Accountability, Planning and Realization
- Creation of a 10-20m revenue business over the next 3-5 years from a 0 start / baseline
- Support of Managed Services 200m revenue business ambition over the next 5 years - ATT is a critical capability which will be leveraged in every NNN Customer Deal
