Responsibilities

General Profile
• Must have 2 to 3 years experience in Accounts Receivable or equivalent.

• Requires advanced skills and expertise in a variety of client service and business support processes.
OR
• Applies depth of knowledge in key technical processes typically requiring specialized accreditation for technical certification
• Actively troubleshoots; anticipates patterns and links; looks beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications
• May handle escalations or act as an informal resource or team lead for colleagues with less experience
• Works autonomously within established procedures and practices

• Basic written & spoken French will be an added advantage.

• Requires advanced skills and expertise in a range of processes, procedures and systems within a client/business support context OR depth of knowledge within an technical method to perform a broad range of complex work assignments
• Broad understanding of the processes and methodologies of the technical discipline

Business Expertise
• Good to have exposure to direct communication with onshore & offshore clients

• Understands how own and related teams efforts impact broader organizational objectives

• Target oriented.

Leadership
• May provide subject matter guidance to more junior team members - but is not a supervisor

Problem Solving
• Gathers and analyzes data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent

• Impacts the quality and effectiveness of multiple teams

Interpersonal Skills
• Exchanges and conveys detailed information in a concise and logical way; handles sensitive information; role models resolution of exceptions in a service context
OR
• Exchanges advanced technical information and ideas effectively; uses tact and diplomacy when dealing with own and other teams
