The Role
As the vice president of product management, you will lead our product vision, strategy and execution. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive innovation, define product roadmaps, align best in class vendor, operational and technology core money movement solutions and collaborate across many businesses and functions to deliver solutions that propel our strategic money movement business goals forward. The role requires a strong mix of leadership, industry insights, technology and operational expertise to scale our product offerings and enable business channels to improve customer experiences!
- Develop and drive the overall product strategy, vision and roadmap in alignment with organization goals
- Lead and mentor a high performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and accountability.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to enablement.
- Partnering with the business channels and engineering to ensure seamless product execution
- Conduct industry research, analyze trends and leverage data to identify key improvement opportunities.
- Define and track key product performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement
- Engage with key business partners to gather insights and translate into impactful product decisions.
- Drive innovation by staying ahead of emerging payment products
- Actively engage with industry forums and key banking relationships to stay ahead of emerging payments and industry changes.
- This role will require occasional travel as needed.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 15+ of product management experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in building/ scaling products/ processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Interpreting payment rules, laws, and regulatory guidance, and applying these findings to ensure that money movement products across all channels stay in sync with the relevant guidelines. This includes implementing process or procedural changes in large and complex initiatives across the organization.
- Detailed understanding of payment rules (Fed Wire, NACHA, RTP, FedNow, etc)
- Expertise in various payment products (ACH, micro entries, debit cards, domestic and overseas wires, check writing, RTP, PayPal, Venmo).
- Solid understanding of payment fraud mitigation vendors, technology and tools.
- Understanding of relevant technologies and systems that support the various payment products, enabling effective communication with the development teams and informed decision making on technical tradeoffs.
The Team
This dynamic team is part of Operations and Service Group (OSG) Account, Treasury and Tax Services Division. The Treasury Operations team oversees cash management, fund transfers and various banking relationships. We collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop seamless, efficient and secure money movement solutions. We also provide the servicing of these products including transaction monitoring, issue resolution and process optimization ensuring reliability and compliance while partnering to enhance customer experiences.

The base salary range for this position is $123,000-$207,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
