The Vice President of WI Supplier Management will work with all levels of management across Workplace Investing, Stock Plan Services and the Healthcare Group
- Responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of critical supplier relationships ensuring effective financial management, compliance to contract terms, and adherence to performance levels.
- Provide executive-level updates to Company Presidents and C-Level management with meaningful insights, transparency, and guidance on key supplier relationships.
- Mitigate risks by ensuring contracted expectations are being met through performance standards and recurring risk mitigation processes.
- Strengthens vendor relationships by driving recuring reviews with vendors, business leaders and executive sponsors.
- Drive economic analyses with business partners in vendor negotiations while leading internal governance/contract/funding reviews.
- Lead vendor resolution of high impact, sophisticated problems/issues, or risk-related events.
- Must be able to work effectively with peers and associates at all levels across these organizations to cultivate support for critical programs and initiatives.
- Provide strategy and leadership expertise to other supplier management teams across Fidelity to enhance standards and influence policies.
- Build effective working relationships with business leaders to champion support of the Supplier Management program and related initiatives, and strong change management skills are key elements to success in the position.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
The successful candidate must be a proven leader with a minimum of 10 years' experience leading multi-functional teams and a track record of delivering that achieve positive, measurable results.
- Strong program management skills contribute to business profitability through supplier related financial improvements, proactively identifying and mitigating vendor risk, and driving flawless vendor execution, efficiency, and value.
- Executive level procurement experience.
- Proven experience in one or more of the following preferred: product development, relationship management, risk, operations, finance.
- Expertise in generating large "return on investments" in leading supply chains in support of business "critical" products and services.
- Experience implementing supply chain strategies in collaboration with C-Level management, key business partners and team members.
- Demonstrated ability as effective people manager, innovator and change agent.
- You have a proven track record of sound financial analysis and budgeting.
- Dynamic, strategic problem solver and astute operations analyst, addressing organizational needs with viable solutions to tackle a wide range of business problems through the accurate deployment and management of large supply chains.
- Strong influencing skills for effective Executive-level negotiations
- You are an excellent communicator with strong executive presence.
- Able to set strategic direction and operationalize tactical solutions.
- Innovative thinking, a collaborative style, and transformational capabilities as part of your leadership approach
