The Opportunity
Our mission in the Health Operations team is to deliver the best service levels in the industry; we are customer obsessed and provide the right solutions to enable their employees to make informed decisions about their health care benefits. The VP of Quality is responsible for the quality strategy for Health Operations and will drive the continuous improvement of process outcomes. This role requires significant thought leadership and engagement with senior global/internal stakeholders to drive improvement plans in support of scale, servicing quality, timeliness, and risk mitigation objectives.
The Expertise You Have
- Consulting and/or operations experience (12+ years)
- Strategic end-to-end business thinking, planning and execution within a cross-functional and matrixed environment
- Experience establishing risk frameworks and governance programs
- Shown experience collaborating closely with business partners

The Value You Deliver
- You will own the development, implementation, and realization of Health Operations' quality strategy to align with and advance business objectives
- You will maintain a framework to evaluate risk across Health Operations, regularly scan the environment for new or emerging trends that could introduce risk and partner with key stakeholders to respond optimally
- You will foster a culture of quality across Health Operations through communications, education/training, and associate engagement
- You will support the design and implementation of effective quality management routines
- You will assist in the coordination and delivery of audit engagements to ensure readiness, scope management, consistent delivery, and timely closure of all commitments
