The Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Fulfillment & Production who will use their skills and experience to drive operational excellence.   • Operational Leadership: Drive team performance in managing daily operations.
  • Drive Team Projects: Coordinate and oversee team projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Optimize Systems: Maintain version control and content management systems, continuously improving our processes and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Champion collaborative partnerships with internal and external business partners, ensuring high-quality standards and timely resolution of any issues.
  • Facilitate Critical Communications: Facilitate direct mailings and statement communication with vendors, ensuring quality and service level agreements are met.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills being a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
  • Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational, project management, and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership within collaborative teams, driving successful project outcomes and encouraging a positive team environment.
  • Content Management Systems: Proficiency in content management systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement data-driven improvements to enhance team initiatives.
  • Print Production and Mailing Services: Technical knowledge of the manufacturing process involved in print and mail.
