The Expertise You Have

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record in financial modeling and analysis
• Financial services experience; experience in benefits outsourcing (WI/HCG) a plus
• Proven ability to combine a strategic business perspective with strong project management and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to "tell the story" and communicate effectively with Finance and business partners at varying levels of the organization
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Workplace Investing (WI) is an industry leader in providing retirement, investment, and benefit solutions. Fidelity Healthcare Group (HCG) delivers workplace benefits to institutional clients and their participants. This is a critical finance role that will help drive key strategic priorities for WI/HCG and drive new business to generate value and grow market share for the firm.

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
