The Role
As Squad Leader of the FundsNetwork Data squad you will own the end-to-end delivery of fund distribution data to external asset managers. In addition to operating and modernizing a mature data delivery program, you will be tasked with building out the necessary enhancements to support new data-related revenue programs for the firm, in close partnership with the FundsNetwork Analytics squad. Successful squad leaders operating within Fidelity's Agile framework can influence without direct reporting authority and effectively collaborate with team members and channel partners across the organization to deliver timely value for our clients.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, computer science or engineering preferred.
- Proven experience working as a Product Owner in a data-centric environment.
- Experience designing, creating, and maintaining dynamic products and solutions.
- Experience building roadmaps and working with agile team to deliver on key initiatives.
- Experience leading an agile development team.
- Financial services experience preferred.
- Ability to grasp sophisticated product features and break them into clear and concise narratives with well-defined business value and acceptance criteria and efficiently communicate these.
- Strong focus on execution and effective ways to identify, communicate, and remove impediments to progress.
- Capability to lead, influence, and motivate colleagues without formal authority, with a track record of building hard-working teams.
- Demonstrated aptitude for building and maintaining unquestioning relationships while working across Fidelity to deliver business outcomes.
- Ability to instill intellectual curiosity in your team and model a culture of continuous learning, mentoring, and coaching.
- Strong business/technical knowledge related to building products that display financial information to customers.

- Defining, refining, and communicating the squads' mission and roadmap to empower and establish team and partner support and alignment.
- Defining, evaluating, and communicating results against acceptance criteria.
- Anticipating, discovering through ongoing interaction with, and prioritizing client / partner needs to serve as their voice and guide execution of the team.
- Measuring performance against established objectives and critical metrics and delivering agreed upon business, technology, and people results.
- Collaborating and coordinating with chapter leaders and scrum masters to build squad capacity and capability and enabling squad member growth, development, and learning.
- Making informed trade-off decisions to strike the right balance between quality, cost, and timelines.
- Participating in client meetings to present strategic roadmaps, participate in client usability sessions, engage with client user groups.
The Team
The FundsNetwork Data Delivery squad exists to provide our third-party asset manager clients with the data needed to run their sales organization and grow their business. In addition to delivering data directly through feeds and a web portal, the Data Delivery squad partners closely with the FundsNetwork Data Analytics and Insights team to unlock even more value for our clients. Over the coming years, the FundsNetwork Data Delivery squad will be challenged with unlocking new value for our clients (and revenue for the Firm), while retiring legacy data tech debt from our product and modernizing the way we operate and deliver data today.
