The Role
As the Digital Appointment Platform Squad Leader, you blend deep agile leadership skills and a platform mindset to drive the execution of new capabilities to support over 12,000 associates that meet with Fidelity Wealth and Brokerage clients for Planning and Advice and emerging Service based appointments.
You will work in partnership with the squad, Group Squad Leader and Chapter Leaders supporting the product area & key stakeholders who leverage the Appointment Platform. You will encourage and enable the team to deliver industry-leading digital capabilities with scale & efficiency in mind. By modeling and promoting Fidelity and agile Leadership behaviors, you will create and sustain an inclusive agile culture.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree required
- Agile Leadership Experience preferred
- Certified Scrum Product Owner or relevant experience desired, Pragmatic Marketing or Product Management certifications a plus
- 10+ years of validated experience and/or digital product management
- 5+ years of proven experience working with large scale platform implementations.
- Experience working directly with sales, service & relationship management professionals; supporting deployment related activities and solution consulting
- Track record of identifying and tracking key KPIs for product health
- Strong communication, presentation and collaboration experience with business partners and customers alike
- Proven track record work with emerging technology capabilities, rapidly learning, and scaling innovative solutions
- Expert level knowledge working with various digital technology vendors, platforms and solutions
- You are truly customer-focused and dedicated to understanding and learning about customer/associate needs and requirements
- You exhibit strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills to navigate a matrixed environment with a range of priorities and perspectives
- You are comfortable leading, advising, and empowering team members without formal management authority
- You are skilled at running a highly diverse, non-co-located agile team
- You are comfortable working in a complex and fast paced environment
- You understand and have the skills for working across various technology platforms, Domains, Product Areas & Squads
The Team
This Squad is part of the Associate Digital Experience Product Area within Fidelity Wealth; focused on empowering customers and associates to thrive in a digital-first world through the creation of unified experiences, powered by scalable platforms. We are responsible for connecting our customers to our associates through Salesforce CRM, Digital Appointments, Content Management, Associate Profile and Desktop experiences.
