The Team

The Health Savings Account (HSA) Domain within the Fidelity Health is looking for an experienced product management professional to lead the effort to define, implement and support the Debit Card Payments experience for Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Reimbursement Accounts (RA) established through a Fidelity Workplace Relationship.

In this role, you will be a member of the HSA Employer Experience & 3rd Party Product Area and you will lead a squad focused on supporting the NetBenefits Access Card (stacked debit card) systems application. You will help the business drive to a single Debit Card solution for all clients while developing technical integrations with Debit Card vendors and work closely with partners from service, operations, and risk to ensure alignment on priority and to maintain close contact with evolving voice of the customer.

The Expertise We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA desired
  • 8+ years product management experience
  • Series 7 and 63 are permitted for this role

  • Demonstrated expertise working with product positioning, product development, product strategy, critical thinking, goal setting, planning and decision making.
  • Take a data-driven approach to understanding customer needs and can translate business themes into initiatives, sub-initiatives, goals, epics and user stories w
  • Strong relationship building, interpersonal and influencing skills to align across the organization and across Fidelity Health
  • Experience leading, influencing, and motivating colleagues without formal authority, and have a track record of building high-performing teams
  • Understanding of the Health Savings Account (HSA) and Reimbursement Account product offerings and the needs of the customer using this product along with strong familiarity with related recordkeeping and PSW platforms
  • Working knowledge of healthcare card lifecycle - benefit enrollments, card orders, profile maintenance, transactions & settlements.
  • Good understanding of file transmission using secured FTP protocols.
  • Experience managing middle-tier API capabilities on AWS and Azure CSPs. Familiarity with cloud services like AWS Batch, Service Bus, Kinesis streams, Lambda, Function Apps.
  • Experience managing applications on IBM zOS mainframe.
  • Familiarity with release management process using ServiceNow and automatic deployments via SSPD & DAS tools.

  • Anticipate, discover, and prioritize client / stakeholder needs to serve as the voice of the customer / stakeholders and guide execution of the squad
  • Engage Fidelity Legal, Risk and Compliance to discuss client feedback and various solution needs. You will collaborate closely to ensure new solutions comply with industry regulations and are consistent with Fidelity policy & procedures.
  • Measure performance through established KPIs and deliver agreed upon business, technology, and people results
  • Ensure that new capabilities are well understood by sales, marketing, communications operations, and product maintenance to ensure a smooth go to market strategy.
