• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience with Product Management.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience; having AWS, Snowflake work-experience will be an added advantage.
• Ability to grasp sophisticated product featuresand break them into clear and concise stories with well-defined business value and acceptance criteria and effectively communicate these.
• Strong intuition for business and a strategic mindset.
• Experience working with and understanding the needs of consumers (internal) and owning and defining the product roadmap and articulating the strategy back to them.
• Proven problem-solving skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data.
• Strong ability to recognize the criticality of issues and take appropriate steps to mitigate risks, with a strong focus on execution.
• Proven ability to lead, influence, and motivate colleagues without formal authority, and have a track record of building hard-working teams.

The Team

CDPS is both a foundational and a strategic asset for Fidelity FFIO, deploying capabilities across FFIO and Asset Management businesses and core to our transformation to a data-driven digital company. As a part of FFIO Data domain, CDPS enables Fidelity's goal of creating relevant and valuable data assets for reuse and increasing data liquidity. We do this by setting greater goals regarding data, aspiring to maximize data monetization outcomes by pervasively improving processes to do things better, cheaper and faster, and wrapping products and services with analytics features and experiences.

At Fidelity, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we are calling "Dynamic Working." Fidelity's hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of every other week in a Fidelity office.
