The Role:
You will be part of a team leading our next-generation transfer agent operations. In your capacity, you will help foster productive customer interactions and help solve our customers' business challenges while pairing with our new technology and our passion for excellent customer service.
As a transfer agent specialist, you will be part of a cross-functional team helping to map out existing operational processes, articulate customer pain points, identify best practices and together, imagine new ways to manage registered securities.
Responsibilities Include
- Review and process customer transactions and account inquiries including but not limited to escalations
- Comply with all policies and procedures related to all aspects of TA Operations
- Ensure quality standards are enforced, met and compliant with regulatory mandates
- Ensure all key daily duties are performed timely and accurately
- Collaborate with aligning business partners to develop and create written procedures
- Ensure all procedures are updated to mitigate process risks
- Demonstrate a collaborative mindset aligned with process improvement, efficiencies and risk mitigation
- Participate in architectural system design with product, technical and operations teams to ensure proper system build satisfying TA needs as we scale our business
- Support business initiatives and special projects
- Cross train as needed
- Other duties as assigned by management

Position Requirements
- College Degree required and/or 3-5 years experience in Financial Service Operations
- Knowledge of transfer agent operational processes and SEC regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft office Word, Excel and other basic knowledge of other products within suite
- Effective written, verbal and listening skills
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
