You'll balance multiple projects that require meticulous attention to detail and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines. As a key contributor to our MarTech team within Marketing, you'll enhance our online presence by publishing high-quality content that drives user engagement across all devices.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for quality, ensuring all published content meets our high standards.
- Initiative: Ability to independently take projects from inception to completion.
- Multitasking Skills: Proven experience balancing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prioritization: Excellent ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- Content Publishing and Web Strategy Strong background in content publishing with proficiency in content management systems, such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Analytical Tools Expertise: Experience with user experience measurement tools like Adobe Analytics or GA4 and usability tools like ContentSquare or Microsoft Clarity.
- Project Management: Familiarity with project management tools such as Workfront or Aprimo.
- Personalization Tools: Knowledge of Adobe Target to personalize content and enhance user engagement is a plus.
- Collaborative Approach: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal teams on web development, design, and content strategies.
- Industry Awareness: A commitment to continuously staying updated on industry trends to improve website user engagement.
- HTML Knowledge: Helpful to have knowledge in HTML and CSS but not necessary.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business, UXD, Technology, or Digital Media is preferred.

Fidelity's hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture.
