Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or mathematics
• Senior level experience (8-10 years) in software development and test.
• Experience testing APIs using RestAssured, and Karate.
• Understanding and/or experience with DevOps/Pipelines.
• Certifications in AWS or similar cloud platforms are a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills needed for agile team.

Fidelity's market-leading Workplace Investing business is the leading provider of retirement, investments and benefits solutions for more than 23,000 companies and over 34 million of their employees. The WI Strategy & Planning team is responsible for crafting the long-term strategy of WI, as well as leading multi-year and annual planning, investment prioritization, and business reporting and management routines for the division. We partner closely with key leaders and functions across WI and the enterprise, including the Business Domains, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance and Technology.

Fidelity's hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
