The Role
As a Senior Representative, Settlement Support on the Mutual Fund Dividends team, you will use your skills to monitor Mutual Fund Corporate Actions and Distribution events. In the role you will need to conduct analysis to help understand trends, create solutions, and improve processes. There will be opportunities to work across Fidelity and contribute to system development.
The Skills and Expertise You Bring
- 2-5 years Mutual Fund experience
- Assist in systems testing as it related to initiatives, enhancements, and new business functionality
- Processing of daily functions
- Work toward becoming functional SME for all Non-Fidelity Fund processing
- Problem resolution responsibilities
- Research for complicated issues on corporate actions and dividends
- Solid decision-making responsibilities
- Microsoft Excel Efficiency
