The role
The Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations will play a pivotal role in the execution of Fidelity Center for Family Engagement 's (FCFE) strategy, aligning with the FCFE's mission to inspire, educate and empower families and advisors to spark and sustain conversations about the emotional, relational and generational aspects of wealth. Responsibilities include supporting business reviews, quarterly business reporting, planning and budgeting processes, and leadership routines. This role will directly report to and collaborate with the Director of Strategy and Operations, working as a team to help propel the FCFE's strategy forward while ensuring operational efficiency. This role also has operational responsibilities including procurement related tasks, event planning and administration, calendar management, and support of materials for leadership meetings. This role's contributions will add speed and scale to the growing FCFE team.

The expertise and skills you bring
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in strategy consulting or corporate operations
- Familiarity with wealth management or financial services industries is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Powerpoint and Excel capabilities
- Strong intellectual curiosity and analytical orientation, including working with, manipulating, and reporting on large data sets
- Ability to take ownership of work product and stay proactive in an ambiguous environment
- Excellent listening, communication and collaboration skills to build relationship capital with business partners and team members
- Strong ability to multitask, including balancing strategic work with operational responsibilities
- Strong detail orientation and organization skills
- Confidence, business maturity, and presence to work independently and collaborate effectively across the organization

Fidelity's hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Having the majority of our associates work onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture.
