The role

As a Senior Manager of Recruitment Marketing, you will be a critical member of the Enterprise Talent Marketing Team. This role helps drive the employer brand strategy with new and upcoming graduates through development of an integrated, comprehensive marketing strategy. You will be a front-line business partner contact for University Talent team providing end-to-end marketing support for early ID, on-campus, interns and early career candidate engagement.

The expertise we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5-8+ years' marketing experience (recruitment or college admissions preferred)
  • Experience with multi-channel B2C marketing strategies

  • Ability to influence and implement comprehensive external marketing strategy for university and early career audiences to reach new candidates, as well as engage and cultivate existing ones to meet brand and conversion objectives against critical metrics.
  • Leverages business, competitive and industry data and insights to develop integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that drive engagement and help meet acquisition.
  • Works with business partners to identify insights and action steps informed by program results.
  • Establishes clear metrics and defines learning agenda for multi-channel marketing programs to measure effectiveness.
  • Desire to problem solve and think proactively to meet our partner needs.
  • Produces and maintains status of multiple projects.
  • Possess a desire to problem solve and think proactively to meet our business partners needs
  • Proposes recommendations, develop presentations, and represents the integrated marketing team throughout the work.

  • Manages projects end-to-end ensuring deliverables are high quality and delivered on time and on budget.
  • Direct and collaborate with third-party agencies on creative and content for marketing campaigns
  • Help with overall direction and education of the early career brand perception to internal and external partners
  • Assist with direction of content creation to support business partner needs
  • Manage project schedules for assets for ongoing marketing campaigns

The Talent Marketing team drives Fidelity's employer brand and how we communicate to prospective Fidelity employees via multiple channels including our events, programs, careers website, recruitment advertising and recruiting social media channels @FidelityJobs. You will be a critical player in ensuring an efficient and engaging candidate experience.
