The Role
Are you passionate about making data-driven decisions to drive growth and profitability using cutting-edge technology? In this unique role, you will play a critical role in building the Test & Learn measurement environment that supports the organization's strategic business decisions by partnering to deepen AI/ML and Personalization capability adoption within the organization; making it a scalable process to measure and reduce cycle time.
- Understanding of A/B/N testing framework across multiple digital websites and apps to enhance customer experience
- Provide consultation and recommendation to improve measurement and analytics practices for Personalization
- Develop domain knowledge to support our client facing associates and clients directly in matters around Personalization

The Expertise and Skills You Bring (The order of these bullets does not matter)
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years of experience in a Data and Analytics role with exposure to IT and business partners
- In depth knowledge in a variety of analytics techniques including: profiling, data mining, modeling, statistical analysis and campaign measurement
- Ability to do data driven deep dive analysis to test ideas/hypothesis for Digital and Non-Digital experiences and identifying appropriate success metrics (Call-to-Action)
- Hands on expertise using tools and technologies such as SQL, Snowflake, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Adobe Analytics and Python
- Strong working knowledge of relational databases including experience with web interaction data
- Solid understanding of A/B/N testing techniques, Design of Experiments, Measurement and Recommendations
- Good understanding of AI/ML and predictive model outputs
- Experience aligning and working across various business units and channels in a consultative manner
- Experience in creative, cross-functional collaboration and development activities
- Excellent written, oral communication, project management and presentation skills, and the ability to present complex data and outcomes in a simple and clear way
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications
The Team
You will be part of Fidelity's Workplace Investing (WI) team responsible for ensuring Data, Analytics and Measurement aspects of Personalization are unified across our Data Science, Marketing, Product and IT partners. You will understand business partners' experimentation and analytical needs and convert into appropriate experiment designs to measure the effectiveness of Machine Learning solutions. You will be responsible for coordination and leadership of the various groups to agree upon a common roadmap, process and implementation plan to drive seamless customer experience across channels. As part of this role, you will report into Chapter Leader of WI Go-to-Market & Experimentation and will be embedded in an analytics focused continuous delivery team focused on driving personalization initiatives in Workplace Investing.
