The Role
We seek an experienced and dedicated problem solver and project manager to help us provide the best hiring experience from application through onboarding. The Senior Manager, Candidate Experience is a critical member of the Hiring Experience and Talent Project Management Office (PMO) team within Fidelity's Talent organization. We focus on providing a premier experience for external and internal applicants. In this role, you bring your experience using human-centered design principles to craft and implement cross-enterprise strategic initiatives related to both the candidate journey and projects critical to delivering the Talent multi-year plan.

- Collaborate with partner teams to design and deliver tailored candidate experience strategies for diverse audiences.
- Assist in reviewing and refreshing our Candidate Experience (CDX) Vision.
- Work closely with partners to refine and streamline survey questions, ensuring efficient data consumption and supporting relevant interventions. Review and update survey governance in collaboration with legal, HR, and other relevant departments.
- Help build and implement a comprehensive roadmap for improving hiring manager experiences, tools, and training programs.
- Serve as a business analyst to resolve data collected for hiring managers, assess its purpose, and influence best practices and standards.
- Contribute to knowledge management goals of our team through documentation, templating, and information sharing.
- Execute projects crucial to the success of our organizational multi-year plan, and be accountable for results.

- Project management: Coordinate and optimize the hiring process to ensure a positive journey from application through onboarding. Proven record with running multiple priorities at the same time, ability to execute, flexible when needed, and pays superb attention to detail.

Fidelity's hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture.
