The Role

The Business Execution and Controls team within Fidelity Digital Assets is looking for a senior manager to provide analysis and day-to-day management of a range of business operations programs and participate in development of new programs as determined by the ever-growing business.

A key area of focus is the fulfilment of requests from clients and prospects in support of the Client Service, Sales, Operations, and Management teams. This role will play a key part in the successful management of content, process, delivery and communication related to all Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), Due Diligence requests (DD), quarterly, monthly client/consultant/auditor questionnaires and ad hoc requests. A successful candidate will develop and use their knowledge of the Fidelity Digital Assets business and products to provide support and successfully respond to the requests.

The senior manager will also support cross-functional initiatives and programs as needed and serve as a key resource for analytics, logistics, and data management for core control programs such as operational incident management, process redesign, and product implementations.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

A critical thinker with intellectual curiosity, strong assessment and analytical skills with refined ability to understand dependencies and inter-relations of complex projects and matrixed resources. A linear mentality with the ability to adapt and iterate. An effective project manager able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a passion for quality, customer experience and efficiency. A true collaborator able to build strong relationships and consensus across multiple levels of an organization while influencing and driving delivery to and from senior leaders.

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project/program management, client service, investor relations and/or operations
  • Confidence in written communication skills with outstanding attention to detail and organization.
  • Possess strong Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe skills

A key part of the overall execution of the digital assets' business at Fidelity, the Business Execution and Controls team supports a range of functions and initiatives collaborating deeply with Fidelity Digital Assets' sales, service, operations, technology, risk, product and legal teams. Fidelity Digital Assets is an exciting and fast-growing business unit that is passionate about bringing emerging concepts to life in the digital asset arena and delivering those solutions to Fidelity clients and prospects.
