We are looking for Senior Software Engineers/ Developers to help us on our mission to build next generation experimentation platforms and solutions.
The Team
We build end to end technology solutions to enable quantitative research and experimentation. As a Senior Software Engineers/ Developer, you will be an integral member of a diverse team that is customer-focused and moves quickly in a dynamic environment to enable fast-paced research.
You will play a key role in defining and developing solutions for investment professionals and senior management executives leading strategic Quantitative research initiatives. You will work closely with quantitative analysts, researchers, as well as peer technology teams to build robust technology solutions based on sound engineering practices in areas such as portfolio construction, risk management, and alpha research.

Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Proven knowledge and experience in data analytics application development
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with designing and building large scale distributed data applications
- Expert in object-oriented concepts and statistical programming languages such as - Java, Python and R.
- Expert in database applications - Oracle, Snowflake
- Expert in front end Data Visualization development - Javascript, Angular, Node.js, CSS, HTML
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and end-to-end DevOps automation with CI/CD pipelines - GIT, Jenkins and Artifactory.
- Expertise in statistical analysis, and a deep understanding of finance/investment domain.
- Consistent track record of designing and implementing end-to-end data systems (full stack development) from concept to launch.
- Passionate about writing clean, testable, readable, and easily maintainable code with a test-first development approach.
- You can clearly convey information, document design options and decisions, and present these in an organized manner to a broad array of technical and non-technical audiences.
- A team player with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Curious, motivated, can-do attitude, self-directed, proactive, results oriented.
The base salary range for this position is $76,000-$144,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
