Position Description:

Performs Microsoft SharePoint and PowerApps engineering - performing requirements gathering and developing and testing applications - within an Agile environment. Provides business solutions by developing complex or multiple software applications.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develops original and creative technical solutions to on-going development efforts.


  • Designs applications or subsystems on major projects and for/in multiple platforms.


  • Develops applications for multiple projects supporting several divisional initiatives.


  • Supports and performs all phases of testing leading to implementation.

  • Assists in the planning and conducting of user acceptance testing.


  • Develops comprehensive documentation for multiple applications supporting several corporate initiatives.


  • Responsible for post-installation testing of any problems.


  • Establishes project plans for projects of moderate scope.


  • Works on complex assignments and often multiple phases of a project.


  • Performs independent and complex technical and functional analysis for multiple projects supporting several initiatives.


  • Performs software design, using software development fundamentals and processes.


  • Debugs, tests, and deploys software solutions.


  • Designs, develops, and maintain key components of the software suites.


  • Implements custom solutions.


  • Documents solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Full Stack Engineer (or closely related occupation) designing, implementing, and supporting financial software systems using Microsoft Office 365 technology.

Or, alternatively, Master's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and one (1) years of experience as a Senior Full Stack Engineer (or closely related occupation) designing, implementing, and supporting financial software systems using Microsoft Office 365 technology.

Skills and Knowledge:

Candidate must also possess:

  • Demonstrated Expertise ("DE") developing, designing, analyzing, and performing quality control of SharePoint applications, using Jira, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Farms solutions, modern JavaScript frameworks, and CSS frameworks according to Agile methodologies; and implementing Continuous Integration (CI) using GitHub and Jenkins.


  • DE developing, designing, analyzing, and performing quality control of Power Platform applications, using PowerApps, Power Automate, Common Data Services, and Power BI according to Agile methodologies; and researching and analyzing new business requirements, using cloud based SaaS technologies and by developing viable software solutions for the given business requirement, reporting findings, and recommending remediation to the team for the existing software system.


  • DE developing, designing, analyzing, and performing quality control of Web-based customer engagements, using C#, MVC, Web Services, Database Development, Bitbucket, and TFS according to Agile methodologies; and preparing solution design documents using Visual Studio 2019 and up, Visual Studio Code, and GitHub.


  • DE administrating, developing, supporting, and monitoring Azure Cloud environments and Office 365, using Window PowerShell scripting, SharePoint PnP, Online PowerShell, and CSOM object model; and performing code deployment to quality assurance and production environments using Azure DevOps.
