Position Description:

Designs, develops, and delivers high-quality, secure, dependable applications at high velocity utilizing DevOps best practices. Develops applications from scratch and builds robust technical solutions using technical tools like Java, AWS, and Angular. Contributes to development process enhancements, code reviews, innovation and builds end-to-end technical solutions, including deployment pipelines. Delivers services in support of a broader technology roadmap.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develops original and creative technical solutions to ongoing development efforts.


  • Develops applications for multiple projects supporting several initiatives.

  • Performs independent and complex technical and functional analysis.


  • Participates in architecture design for common technical and information services.


  • Provides technology solutions to daily issues and technical evaluation estimates on technology initiatives.


  • Works on complex assignments supporting multiple phases of a project, including Automation testing and Production deployment.


  • Assists in the planning and conducting of user acceptance testing.


  • Responsible for post-installation testing/bug fixes of any problems.


  • Provides comprehensive documentation for multiple projects supporting several initiatives.


  • Collaborates with stakeholders across the IT organization and business as needed.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Technology Management, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Full Stack Engineer (or closely related occupation) designing and developing end-to-end software solutions using Java, Azure, or AWS, and database technologies (Oracle and SQL Server).

Or, alternatively, Master's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Technology Management, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and one (1) year of experience as a Senior Full Stack Engineer (or closely related occupation) designing and developing end-to-end software solutions using Java, Azure, or AWS and database technologies (Oracle and SQL Server).

Skills and Knowledge:

Candidate must also possess:

  • Demonstrated Expertise ("DE") developing web applications using JavaScript, Java, and Spring Boot; implementing microservices architecture using Java and Spring Boot that are deployed as automated, scalable, and maintainable infrastructure with established software development lifecycle process; and performing manual testing using Postman.


  • DE building middle-tier applications using Cloud technologies including Microsoft Azure or AWS to enable real-time communication with dependent applications; and performing configuring monitoring and observability for applications using Datadog, Azure Application Insights, and Azure Log Analytics.


  • DE designing and configuring Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using Git, Maven, Artifactory, and Jenkins for deploying applications built using Java or Angular and hosted on Cloud Solutions including AWS or Azure; participating in all phases of the project - analyzing, designing, implementing, performing code reviews, functional testing and post-installation validation - according to Agile methodologies using JIRA and Git.


  • DE preparing test cases and test scripts according to functional specifications and user requirements for web applications; and streamlining the development process, improving accuracy and accelerating testing cycles to deliver high quality software using automation tools including Selenium Webdriver.

Salary: $133,525.00 - 143,525.00/year.
