Senior Full Stack Engineer - BPM Developer
The Role
Fidelity Investments is seeking a Senior BPM Developer that can work across multiple Fidelity business units to automate, digitize, and transform their operational environments. This position is a hands-on technical role that that will utilize software design and engineering skills to build robust, scalable, and efficient solutions for our business partners. You will be:
- Participating in process design sessions, analyze business processes and document current and future state
- Translating business requirements into solutions that meet the customer need and internal quality and security standards
- Developing robust and maintainable BPM implementations
- Driving excellence in software development practices and procedures
- Providing a strong voice in analysis and design meetings
- Establishing trusted relationships within the team and our business partners

The Expertise and Skills You Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Java, Groovy, JavaScript, REST API, HTML
- Demonstrated software development experience with Camunda BPM or other BPM platforms, e.g. Pega, Appian, etc.
- CICD Pipeline tools and best practices
- Knowledge of data visualization, reporting and dashboarding tools
- AWS or other Cloud service providers
- Business process improvement or re-engineering
- Liaising with business and technical teams
- Technical leadership and mentoring team members
- Experience with financial services in an operations or technology role is a plus
- You are comfortable owning the delivery of technical solutions
- You enjoy helping those around you to improve their skill sets
- You can analyze business problems and suggest technical solutions
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and taking on new challenges
- Your communication with peers and leaders is clear and effective
- You are willing and excited to add your voice and opinion to the discussion

The Team
As part of the Advanced Process Solutions (APS) division within Fidelity Investments, you will join an agile team of 6-8 skilled and hardworking individuals tasked with re-imagining the customer experience and associate workflow for Fidelity. The team will be focused on up-front design, development and implementation of innovative solutions that significantly improve operational efficiency and enable an exceptional digital experience for Fidelity business and end users.

Fidelity's hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Having the majority of our associates work onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture.
